While their interface was OK they were full of bugs. When I started noticing the holes I began to transfer away as it became clear it was a dangerous place to keep valuable domains, and that was way before the meltdown. By then everybody knew they were utter crap but some people wouldn't listen...
But I hoped that we would be done with them - I am tired of receiving their spam too. What going on with the lawsuit ?
Also I fully agree it's a bad move to stick with names that are associated to fraud and demise. Likewise be careful with your registrations and stay away from questionable domains like insect names or anything similar
