| just came across something that I thought I would inquire about. I checked the whois for TKZD.com, one of the ones stolen and it seems like the scammer changed the NS from sedoparking.com to BODIS.com . The site that is up at TKZD.com has links to under 18 pornography, as far as I know in the United States any pornographic material cannot contain persons under the age of 18.
Under their domain agreement, section 7, it states that, " Go Daddy may also cancel the registration of a domain name, after thirty (30) days, if that name is being used, as determined by Go Daddy in its sole discretion, in association with spam or morally objectionable activities. Morally objectionable activities will include, but not be limited to: activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm, abuse, threaten, slander or harass third parties; activities prohibited by the laws of the United States and/or foreign territories in which You conduct business; activities designed to encourage unlawful behavior by others, such as hate crimes, terrorism and child pornography."
Correct me if Im wrong but does this not constitute as an infraction? Why would GD allow the change of a NS, I reported this specific domain to be inquired by WhoIs.
