| I thought of something else today regarding the PayPal chargeback. How does PayPal know, that the person whose account was hacked isnt commiting fraud? I mean anyone can say they didnt authorize the transaction especially for the delivery of an INTANGIBLE item such as a domain name. If the seller isnt covered for Intangible items then why should the buyer be covered for Intangibles, hacked account or not? Why is PayPal so refund happy when it comes to the buyer, they are losing money in the end.
I dont know if im making sense or not, ive been up all night! |
