I put LHHI up on auction here at NP a few days ago (link is still in my sig) with a 50 cent increment. Got bid up to $11 fairly quickly - then one more bid came in at $15. Will close tomorrow unless more bids come in before then - so far, no one has actually used the "50 cent fine tuning" increment - all bids have bumped price by a dollar or more.
Just one data point, more or less, but it's a start
