| I for one am surprised to see so much action on these. Most are a sit and wait investment. Good deals can still be found on LLL.ca's - the vast majority of which are not developed and just parked. Although, most L-L.com's are in use. That's my opinion on L-L.ca's and I could be missing the boat... only time will tell!
