Well, you can't base it on dnjournal reports, most (if not all) their sales are end users and you know you can sell any domain you want for any price to an end user as long as he's interested in it and can afford the price.
Premium LLLL.com's seem to have a min price of around $400-500 now, so I think by the end of the year when premium LLLL.com's hit $1K min, premium LLLL.net's should be worth $50-100 too
