I'm also having the same problem, I had a website that was in great need of a redesign as it had scrambled ads hard to browse ect, I made it easier to browse, fixed the ad placements to make them look more appealing (or so i thought) and my ctr and went from about 4% last month to about 1% any suggestions for me also?
