| What do you mean by "enter it" - if you mean open it on a web browser - then thats not possible - its not a web compliant file format.
PSD's are only meant to be opened with Photoshop (although they can be viewed in other applications such as ACDsee). If you want to be able to view it in web or make it viewable on other machines which don't have photoshop then you should save it as a JPEG or PNG.
