The first rule to acheiving something on the web is having something unique and aspiring, a service that someone will intend to use.
I think you have a very marketable idea and the design of your site is letting you down, i beleive that this may be the only reason, apart from the fact that your a little overzealous on the pricing, but that is easily fixed.
Now what i would do is sit down with a notepad and pen and completly re-think the idea, from the site design right down to the treatment of customers and designated email addresses, basically you need all the elements that make you look professional from a customers viewpoint.
