| I'd say a Monetized Website would make you more unique, as in where you can get experts to answer people's Queries. Forums are old, you can use a CMS For this purpose, making it WYSIWYG so that anybody can type and get relavent answers. You can even Hot Link Words and Text, and SEO it, to get Links. Make sure all links on your site are NoFollow. That would be great.
