Hi,
You should see that your account status has been updated. In the future, you may want to make sure that the Whois information for your domains matches the information in your Sedo account (especially the confirmed email address). Doing so will help speed up the verification process substantially.
Take care!

Hi Andro,
Yes, the minimum commission can be avoided by parking a domain. However, it's important to remember that this fee structure only applies to certain extensions:
.com/.net/.org/.co.uk/.org.uk/.me.uk****/
.info/.biz/.us/.tv/.li/.be/.st/.dk/.de/.at/.ch
.name/.ws/.mx/.in/.cc/.to/.eu/.mobi/.nl/.es
If the domain has another extension, then it will be subject to a minimum, as determined by the extension (and as stated on the price list:
http://www.sedo.com/services/prices...id=&language=us).
For a sale of $100, the commission depends on the situation:
If the domain is not parked, and is one of the TLDs listed above, the fee will be $50, leaving you with a profit of $50.
If the domain is not parked and is not one of the TLDs listed above, the fee will be either $100 or $150. In these cases, you would not be able to sell a domain for $100.
If the domain is parked, and is one of the TLDs above, you would be charged a flat 10%, which is in this case $10; this leaves you with a profit of $90.
If the domain is parked, but not one of the TLDs above, you will have to pay the stated minimum commission. Your profit would then be relative to your agreed selling price.
The escrow service includes both the transfer of funds and the domain. The buyer would make a payment into Sedo's escrow account, where the money would be held until the domain was either in Sedo's or the buyer's possession. Then, the funds would be released to the seller.
I hope that clarifies some.
Take care!

Keith
Hi FGclips,
We've noticed an issue with many users who have used their Verizon email addresses to register accounts or update their contact information. We believe that the ISP (Verizon itself) may be blocking some emails as spam. You may wish to speak to them directly to see if this is the case. Otherwise, there may be a local setting that could be interfering with the delivery of these emails.
Take care!
Always,
Keith
