| you can not compress the files, but you can use the fla and to make the file smaller.
it all depends how you have made the flash file. Do you have lots of large images in them? maybe try to import lower quality ones. as Xavier said, audio and video make the file very large. Check out your fonts, see if you have any embedded, as they whack up the filesize too.
