I did my best trying to dig around for information on this domain... 0 trends, 0 HK OVT, and I think 0 Baidu Searches.
I'm not sure if the domain is brandable, but I wouldn't assume it'd get traffic. I don't even know if this is in simplified or traditional, so please, don't take what I say as fact... lol. I've stayed away from Chinese IDNs because I couldn't find an effective way at finding traffic domains.
