While it's very simple i guess it's a start. Most people who start won't spend money on a domain or hosting. They tend to use a free web host and than as they better with websites and understanding of domains and sub domains they'll move up.
I remember when i was 12 i got my first domain for 2 years before that i had been on free hosting and sub domains. It wasn't that i didn't understand it i was just broke and to lazy to save $15.
Now $15 feels like change but anyways, i recommend most people just starting to develop a website to look at
www.zeeblo.com and
www.trap17.com or
www.trap17.net. first 2 are ad free when you post. 3rd is free with ads and instant set up.
If your new i defaintly recommend starting with blogs, thats what i still use today just because i love wordpress's interface.
While this was a decent attempt at a guide on how to build a website i feel it was rushed and the full building map wasn't laid out very well.
Nice attempt though
