ok--- so I've recently joined the Adwords, Adcenter, YSM programs.
I just found a link for $100 credit for YSM.. I followed the instructions and opened up a new account with different email and it worked. Follow the instructions exactly and it should work. It worked for me. Link to instructions is below
I also found here at NP a promo code for adwords. You have to email google and ask for the code and then apply it to your account under billing summary. I emailed this morning and got the code this afternoon. Your account, I believe has to be less than 14 days old. Credit was 62.10 USD, even though Ad was for British pounds.
