| On some parts of the forum you receive NP$ for posting but to be honest I do not know if that stopped because I see you have 0 NP$ and you posted here which should have earned 1 NP$. Pm RJ about that.
Np$ is the forum currency, you can buy them from the NP bank for .023 but you can get a better deal from other members. Someone may have 2000NP$ for sale at .021 they will sell you for $42 through paypal. 2000 x .021 =$42
Additionally some people sell domains here they really do not want that are so so domains for like 100 or 200 np sometimes for 25 to 50 np.
Once you have 625 you go to the domain services tab click domain registration and put in a domain if it available you click and register it.
