Although I believe UD, it is hard for GD to just believe her just because she says that PaulV stole the DN. Does she have screenshots...yes, but that is not evidence because it could easily be altered. GD may not even have a way to connect the email address from which UD rec'd the PayPal money to a user in the GD system.

I am just trying to play devil's advocate & show that GD HAS to be skeptical or else they'd be scammed every day.

I feel you could go back to the OP and edit it, he did say some harsh words, that could be cleaned up like (p$#@# and others) I understand you did not want to lose any of the real Im/post but we still would understand what he was saying.

Not to offend anyone on here, but anytime i get an email where they do not type the email correctly or make any sense i start to question it/them.

Now on to your post,
The way he pushed you and was acting should have been a sign, anytime someone rushes anybody step back and rethink it, at one point you almost backed out as you felt there maybe something wrong. What happened here was $$$ going through your mind and so you were blinded by this and wante dthe deal.

The bad part about this whole post is that I CANT believe you would continue another venture like sending this A$$Wh$@% a picture of you and 2 at that,(no matter if he asked to verify) and now he has it posted up somewhere on a wall laughing to his IDIOT friends " and she sent me 2 pics, damn i almost got naked ones" AGAIN you caught yourself and told him that you were a domainer, and good for you im glad you caught yourself again, but it was to late. Telling him your private info about your x and how you live is a very dangerous SO NEVER DO THAT.

The addresses are approx. 15 miles apart according to Google Maps. Not even the phone numbers match.

I'm sure the "real" Elliot Lee (intelliot) doesn't appreciate you posting his info in this thread. I'm certain if he was the scammer he wouldn't be here, openly mentioning his Google Community website, which looks legit.
There's just no way, unless he has extremely limited brain cells, which is unlikely.

This guy has to be legit. I'm sure if it was the same guy, the mods would've already spotted the duplicate accounts when they banned the other username(s) made by the scammer.

I have no idea how the "real" Elliot Lee (intelliot) can show he's not the scammer.
You really need to be sure of your allegations before you openly start publishing personal details and accusations.

Find some actual evidence that the Elliot Lee's are one and the same, and then you can publish all the details you like, however at this stage they don't appear to be the same person.

I suggest removing Joker Productions's post because it may lead to additional confusion and may even distract you from identifying the right person.

But If you take a close look its so close in street name that i found it a little to close, most that do scam just change a few things from 1 address to the other is so close also.
He has been a member since 2004 as he is found saying with 40 post 38 of them witch came in a 9 month period prior to this, and i find it funny he has come on to reply when he has not posted since 12-24-2005, 12:19 PM

15 miles is pretty close when you look at all the people on here from around the world.

Hi, I had a run in with this guy the other day. he pms my msn says he needs webhosting immediatly cause his site was down or something so Im like ok. So he sends me the money on paypal which turned out to be stolen by the way and he is on my server 12 minutes and I notice the load go high and I check his stuff and he has some php bulk mailer uploaded and was sedning spam so I shut him down. Turns out he sent over 5000 spams in only 12 minutes. I say they were paypal phishes I hope that incident doesnt get me blacklisted.

Then the guy has the nerve to pm me back and demand I turn him back on. SO I refunded the paypal money to the stolen account he sent it from and the next day I get some dispute report about unautthorized even after i refunded.

He came back onto my msn and tried to resell me the name for 1035.00 the other day.. I told him a few things I thought and he called me a Mother @$@$@ and went offline.

Can you tell me what you think that's going to achieve? Scammers don't have any morals, no respect for authority and certainly no ethics. Why would he listen to you?
