1 APPRAISAL thread in a 48 hour period


Meaning if you want an opinion on xxxxx.tv and then two hours later you regged nnnnnn.tv add it to that thread.

2 OFF topic posts will be deleted
Meaning someone asking for an opinion on a specific topic and the poster ignores that and rambles on about something unrelated. That includes posting your names for sale in a discussion thread


3 Derogatory posts will be deleted
Posts that flame or have no relevance to the conversation, if you want to rant go in the break room. IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED HERE
No PROFANITY

4. Sales threads in the .tv marketplace only

5. No links to other forums or posts that are advertising in nature promoting domains, extensions or parked domains

6. You don't like .tv? great keep your posts in General Discussion this is a subforum for people who do like .tv hating or bashing posts will be deleted

7. If you are posting a site you own of are affiliated with, post that in the .tv marketplace with the PREFIX Advertising/Offers

Updates and Changes if you do not read you will not know what's going on

Some changes coming to the forum please read each one so you know what's going on.

1) We will be adding a .tv/web2.0 Industry News section. This is where all news will go in addition to if you have a blog or site you can list a link to your article. IT MUST BE NEWS. Your thoughts are not news, if it is not news it will be deleted, and you will receive a warning (more on the warning system later)

2) The marketplace will be a place to:
Post domains for sale
Domain Wanted Ad
Mention an external auction

No longer will self promotion go on here. If you want to promote you can either become a forum sponsor or site wide banner advertising. Just like your site this site is a for profit business


3) Warnings

Some people here continue to break forum rules the warning system will work like this

If someone makes a comment in a sales thread that post will be deleted with a note reason: comment in salesthread Warning 1

If someone breaks another rule or the same one again it will say warning 2
Which will be a temporary suspension.

If someone gets warning 3 they will be banned


4) Member of the month
Starting with JUNE the winner will be announced on July 4

Voting will be public you will vote in the MOTM thread

You must be a member for two months prior to have a vote.
This way no second accounts and game playing that takes place on the forums. So for JUNE you must be a member since APRIL or earlier

Voting will start on the 28th of the month and end on the 3rd Winner
announced on the 4th

5) appraisals some are not following the new format so to make things easier if you do not follow format
