1. There are some programs who pay per impression (CPM) but you actually need a LOT of unique visitors daily to earn something
2. I can provide you with a list of aff networks (good ones) that pay per email sign up and stuff if you are interested please send me a pm
3. Although i work with CJ since 05 no ideas really.. CJ sucks IMO..
