The most useful Traffic Building wordpress plugins
 

Wordpress (a blog software) has lots of nice plugins that extend the functionality of a wordpress blog. I decided to post a list of the most useful traffic building wordpress plugins:

Blank Target Comments : adds the target="_blank" command to all links in the comment section, a link opens therefor in a new window / tab.

Delicious bookmark this : Adds a option to save the current article at del.icio.us

Google Sitemaps : Builds a sitemap file and submits it to google

Incoming Links : Displays the X latest incoming links from technorati on your website.

Jeromes Keywords : Allows keywords to be associated with each post. These keywords can be used for page meta tags, included in posts for site searching or linked like Technorati tags

Meta Description : Adds a Meta Description form field in your writing menu. You can add a meta description which will be shown when your site is displayed in google for a certain keyword.

Meta Keywords : Adds a Meta Keywords form fild in your writing menu. Adds meta keywords to your posts.

Optimal Title : Every articles single page displays its title in the titlebar.

Popularity Contest : Display the X most popular articles somewhere on the page.

Related Posts : Displays X Related Posts on your blog. Useful to keep visitors interested.

Subscribe to Comments : Visitors recieve notifications per email when a new comment appears.

WP Translate : Translates the contents of your page into several languages.

good work, although sitemaps doesnt really work for a blog unless you update it constantly
