| English is spoken (well typed) by everyone here, so it would be easy to have an english "radio namepros" since everyone can type it they must surely be able to understand it.
Another thing is guest idea isnt bad, but you'll need industry news. Also you should have the songs to be 2 particluar styled genres i.e hip-hop for some and like rock and roll for others, so it caters for everyone (well the majority) and then the next show or later on in the show do r&b and whatever for example.
