Yes, you get the lowered price of registration fee but auction prices are same...
eNom Billing sucks though... I sent check via 2 day mail. They receive and takes 10 days to process and I loses my auction on a domain...

That's really weird...
I am and will always be a Moniker fan boy.. they are fast, cheap and secure.
Only downside is the transfer method to another account.

You can try GD, their prices are really close.
