I just jumped to the last page of this post, but... why the hype over .co.in? I think .in has a ton of potential but, as an extension, .co.in is just too much to remember or brand on top of a domain name...

I would much rather reg a dictionary word with a two letter extension... .sc, .vc or any of that than a .co.in... in fact... i would never register one.

Meanwhile, I think sole .in could kick serious but...

How do you justify the value in a .co.in?

I agree, so i reg only .in as it may mean not only "India", but also "Internet" when .co.in has no many adoptions and harder to remember.
