I am aware of that, I have not seen the actual TM, however if I just use it as a personal email, ***@talktalk.in without any development, it should not conflict with the TM. I actually use talktalk as my own ISP.

It's probably worth keeping. I think it's likely to pay for itself if you are paying $8 or less per year in reg fees. Getting a large return would require a great deal of luck or effort.

Question for you: if you drop this name, is it likely someone else will reg this name?

if the answer is yes, then renew, if your answer is no, maybe drop it. Generally, i would say renew it. Very good LLL.co.ins are dissapearing, so you must ask yourself why...

By the question, I assume you only own the domain to resell (not to develop)? For this reason I'd suggest only renewing for a year or two at a time, then look to sell when the LLL.co.in / LLL.in market seems to have reached its peak-

just blogspot offers or wordpress subdomains but it may need dedicated server i think
