there are lot of domains are there where .in belongs to some indians ( firms) and .com regged by domainers

and see this airtel.com and this airtel.in

This could lead to potential legal issue's if the companies find out they belong to domainers and start to shout and scream saying they have no legitimate reason for having them. IMO if you bought a name then tough, they should have got there first to it

I guess that if you plan to utilise the names you have then you will reap the revenue and providing you save that revenue you will have have enough to cover the renew costs the year after.

I own this SoftSolutions.in domain.

I found there are many companies in india, which are named as directly as SoftSolutions or some xyz SoftSolutions... Ex: NET SoftSolutions.

I picked up some of them and sent a mail to them only yesterday. As of now i got reply from one person (He owns Softsolutions.co.in) asking for my price. I asked him, what max he can pay for it and he told he can only pay 60$.

As there are so many companies which are named like that, i think its value much more. I also found that there is a very big MNC from France which is named as SoftSolutions and thier site is softsolutions.co.fr. Should i also contact them.. (May be they are planning for India expansion in future). What should i quote to these ppl???

Please help me out.....
