| Why the blatant troll-bait? This has nothing to do with domains and linking the value of LLL.us to the war is ridiculous. The irony with your post is that it is the US economy's strength that holds .US domains back. US companies were the early adopters of the internet and the average person looking for a US company will either search or type in the dot COM - there is little awareness of .US.
If the awareness grows so will .US domain value, it's that simple. If it doesn't then it's just another investment that didn't work out, nobody should have anything but investment money they can afford to lose in anything as speculative as non .COM domains anyway...
