Both domains were dropped by Unilever (UK company, I think)--I checked before the auctions. (I did not win either, and I don't remember what they went for, except that the winner of Degree.us got a bargain, and Degree.info went for far more than I expected.)

Degree is a brand for a deodorant.

However, degree is also a generic word having several meanings, including college degrees, temperature, etc.

If the buyer sets up a parking page with Degree deodorant ads, he/she could be in deep water.

I would think, though, setting up a mini-site about online degrees would be far more lucrative than engaging in idiotic cybersquatting.

If used correctly, these domains should pose no problem for their owners.

Hmmm, tricky one - .us does'nt seem to get much lovin and the extension does'nt really suit the keyword IMO

Maybe the recent sale of Dubai.info might get a few people over-excited about it so who knows ?
