Thanks for the heads-up. A whole series of unprofessional and wrong-headed decisions, basically implying that having a domain and intending to resell is bad faith.
In the case of Internet.in, they said that both parties were wrong and simply confiscated the domain without giving it to the complainant.
Looks like Mr. Jagdish Purohit is pulling a very dirty trick by creating trademarks for subdomains and using that as his leverage:
jobs.in.indiapress.org
business.in.indiapress.org
Notice that he hasn't won any co.in decisions.
Also, from the Jobs.in decision:

so the domain hijacker gets the benefit of the doubt...
