I just registered my first hyphen domain...

steady-cam.com

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search

I'm building one out of PVC and I thought it would be fun to throw up a site about it.

Thanks. Yeah, it's steadicam with the "i" that's trademarked. I bought the PVC pipe and fittings at Home Depot and I think I can put together a pretty decent one for under $10.

I recently picked up:

i-5.us

Background: Interstate 5 (I5) is the freeway that runs from Mexico thru California, Oregon, and Washington, thru Canada all the way to Alaska. I was thinking maybe developing a site of sites (no pun intended) along I5. Maybe get users to submit their pictures.

I have only few hypen names and have to admit there is very weak number of typo in`s on them:

R-est.com
o-sol.com
mail-boxes.org
search-portal.info

IMHO it`s not so bad when hypen domain is very good keyword like "real-estate" ;-)
