In working with the
MOBI emulator, it appears that none of the popular email programs work properly. Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo mail. Gmail won't even successfully log you in. Hotmail and Yahoo Mail will let you view your inbox. But when composing an email, you can enter an email address and subject, but are not allowed to enter text in the body of the message (most important).
Has anyone else noticed this? If you'd like to try them out ...
Emulator Gmail Emulator Hotmail ... Choose Mail and then "next" to log into Hotmail
Emulator Yahoo Mail ... Choose Mail and log in
If anyone tries this, I would appreciate your input. I don't know if these problems are confined to the Emulator only or can be duplicated on others' cell phones.
