| According to the switch on developers guide, if you are not in compliance with the three mandatory rules (valid code/format, no frames and able to resolve without www), you will be given 2 notices over a 2 month period by your registrar. Then the registry may try to contact you directly. If that fails, the name goes into a hold and will not resolve. You then must make a compliant site to resolve again. The name is not deleted, it is just held until there is compliance.
They basically give you two months to get it right (once notice is given) and even after that, you can still make a compliant site and get back up.
I have heard they will be launching their own versions of tools and more development articles soon - hopefully this will be more helpful for all of us. |
