Anyone use or know anything about them? Do they use any frowned upon techniques?

I did a couple searches on Google and couldn't find any true reviews, but seems like a few people sent their visitors to that site - It looks good in my opinion.

I use to use it a few years ago. It looks like it's free now. I paid back when I was a member if I remember correctly it was $10 per year. It's a good site with a lot of resources. If it's free I suggest using it, if you have to pay, you can probably find a free resource with the same thing.
