1. Users can download wallpapers for free
2. Premium wallpapers user can buy via pay pal or 2checkout
3. User can upload wallpapers
4. I need admin section to see how many types of wallpaper have been downloaded
5. In admin section I can upload wallpapers
6. I can make section for different kind of wallpapers
7. User can make their account
8. Total count of wallpapers on index page
9. Total count of users on index page
10. Total count of all downloads on index page
