Just a fourwarning:

eskick (aka Gime) is a member of the Sebflipper forums and is 14 years old, his site (www.eskick.com) is an illigal warez site & he is basicly a scammer, Filth (NP member) will be able to back this up)

Im not doing this to flame, or annoy anyone but i just dont want to see people get ripped off by this kid.

This is a lie, i sold over 20 hosting this month and no body gave bad feedback, every hosted person gives good feedback, and you shouldnt be butting into everything i do, shut your mouth up and dont but your big nose into everyones bussiness, eskick.com is a forum and it is not ilegal, also i am not a scammer as i have never scammed anyone. so shut up and stop speaking!

Yes but the chances are in 5 weeks your sites will all suddenly dissapear, then you will either A see all his sites re-appear on a new host or B see a ripped copy of your site someware...thats the kind of person we are talking about here, i think his overall child-like attitude says enough; dont you...?

Despite my own personal feelings regarding people this young running a business - I don't see his age being an issue here. His other site being warez associated is not a good thing, but it's also not completely relevant. Aside from his young age and other web site, do you have anything to show he is a dishonest person, or "scammer" ?

Thank you -db- but now he will come up with another idea to make me lose my customers. no body untill now has complained about my hosting and he comes out of no where butting into peaples bussiness. i dont care how many posts or reps he got, isnt this breaking the rules or sumthing?

I wasn't saying his age was an issue, but his replys were very childish.

Anyway, yes- there are a few other things...weather you accept them as proof is upto you.

Also on the above forums he has tried selling a Simple Machines forum hosting script which he claimed to have made, later we found out that he actualy didnt make it and that he bought a copy and tried to sell it off as his work...members of the forum will back this up.

I cant provide any more physical evidence...however if you care about "the people" please register on those forums and ASK the members yourself.

As far as i can see (and the other people who know what you are like) i am not breaking any rules disputing your services. IF i am, feel free to remove the posts BUT leave a note telling peope that you:

A) move hosts very often
B) host/run a warez site
and C) have been found ripping other peoples work multiple times - including my own.

1 min.. let me ask you. how am i stealing html when it i got it from the orgonal punbb install file? and he also told me to remove the test "for free" because he used it. and im asking you how is "for free" copyrighted? also he stole the design of mypunbb.com and hes blaming me for getting text of the origonal punbb installation script. also sebs multiforums script has a installation file wich says:
"Thank you for choosing phpBB 2. In order to complete this install please fill out the details requested below." and over a thouzand phpbb forum hosts have that text. does that mean they all have to remove it?

also i had the owned licence for the smf multiforums script from vsagesoftware, the script is 5$ and the owned licence is 50$ so i tryed making the 50$ back wich i payed to vsagesoftware!

As far as i am concerned this is over...No, i am not giving in OR giving up, however i feel that because no action seems to be taking place i will end up being worse off...frankly i value my membership here and wouldnt like to loose it; however if you do anything that is deemed "wrong" i WILL take action against you what ever way possible...that includes the HTML ripping.

I dont care about your age, you could be 95 for all i care, just learn to grow up and stop stealing peoples work and for gods sake dont lie...its VERY obvious when you do.

We definitely want to do everything possible to prevent our members from being scammed, and if a serious threat is known about - it should be reported to the staff, or a public thread started in the warning section. As for minor disputes on other sites/forums, we can't possibly track these things and we can't hold court to settle the disputes of others.

If a person significantly screws up here at NP, they won't be around the community long.
