![]() | CSS seems to provide the easiest customization. I always use it because i can move things around really easily without having to try and figure out complicated tables. If you use valid css the results seem to be the same in Internet explorer and mozilla firefox. |

![]() | I use a bit of both. My website is backened by CSS with all the external and inline styles but the main graphical layout is on tables. I may eventually go with 100% CSS but not at the moment. I do plan to read more into layouts with CSS when I get more into web design however.
