and the source code is messy.
In the beginning of the code tags are not in the correct order.
First you need to set the DOCTYPE declaration then the <HTML tag>... next is the <HEAD> section where you can put your style sheet references and inline styles. You can also add Javascript code in the <HEAD> section.
After the <HEAD> section you have the <BODY> block and then the closing </HTML> tag but I have not checked further.
