yeh the view can control the options you give them
bad imo means "its a bad idea in my opion" because you have to think of 56k users and slower who have to have there connection hogged up by the images and audio and text being downloaded and broadband users may be thinking the same thing and users might not want to have the music playing in the background of a webpage
also if a user clicks a page unless u have frames its gonna start all over again
