Sure Lance I was saying that for what AMCY was talking about I would put those projects and what ever else on Everything.tv which I want to develop into a site about all tv domains .tv xxxxtv.com and if a name like tvshow.com sells I would mention. My initial post about collaboration was like you have Flyers.tv how can we work together to help you develop that or help argos develop PDA.tv or Aunty to develop LiveFootball.tv etc......... So it may be actual work it maybe giving ideas it may be exchanging links after site up, help with marketing, affiliate programs, promotions.
I own STATISTICS.TV , and this could work as a statistical base for this mini-project. It could become another aggregator central for all of our developed / for sale tv domains.

This everything.tv idea makes people more aware of the rising in developed .tv names
Quick, somebody call a doctor. Badger has a serious case of domain fever.
Actually, it doesn't need to be a real doctor, just somebody who plays one on .TV
Sorry, that was pretty bad.

JOHNTV I spoke to Elequa to havve him post a whole post on Country.tv because I told him you wanted to know why he was not as big on them he told he would post it here because I wanted you to be able to read it. JOHN domainsites.tv is good too I just want to know how we can collaborate on individual sites besides a site that showcases and comments on the TV domians.
Anyone - 4NNNN.tv - is there a future in there ? I see many people thinking .tv will be second only to .com in the future, surely now could be good time to pick up a few good ones before they begin to disappear..
betterdayz4, there are still plenty of great keyword / word combinations availalbe at reg fee (as discussed at length above). I suggest you read through this entire thread and you will see you have to adopt a different approach when registering .TV domains.

Technology Leaders Demonstrate First User-Friendly Mobile TV Broadcast Service in U.S. - Penthera Introduces End-to-End Mobile TV Software System
CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2005
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 27, 2005--Penthera Technologies, Inc. today unveiled its Virtual Set Top Box(TM) software system, offering a user-friendly interface to mobile TV broadcast services.
Penthera's flagship product, Athena-TV(TM), was demonstrated at CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment 2005 in conjunction with technology from Crown Castle Mobile Media, a subsidiary of Crown Castle International (NYSE:CCI); Intel Corporation and DiBcom in the first U.S. public demonstration of mobile TV broadcast reception on multiple platforms.
"Anyone who's used digital cable or satellite TV will be at home using Athena-TV," said Sam Leinhardt, CEO of Penthera. "Our focus is on flattening the learning curve. We start from the assumption that people have watched TV, but never on a mobile device."
"Mobile broadcast is the next phase in the continuing convergence of the mobile and media industries," said Gary Forni, Director of Software Enabling, Cellular and Handheld Group, Intel Corporation. "What we demonstrated today is both cutting edge and at the same time totally familiar: a living-room TV experience on Intel XScale technology mobile computing devices."
In the live demo, a continuous flow of live, brand-name TV services was beamed from terrestrial transmitters to mobile devices using the DVB-H protocol. Intel provided the client platforms: an Intel(R) Centrino(R) mobile technology-based laptop and an Intel XScale(R) technology-based PDA. Crown Castle Mobile Media, a subsidiary of Crown Castle International, provided the broadcast network, L-band transmitters, real-time content aggregation and media encoding at its southwestern Pennsylvania network operations center. DiBcom, a fabless semiconductor designer of high-performance chipsets for digital broadcast, provided the DVB-H receiver components.
Penthera's Athena-TV software system provided the user interface: channel changing capabilities, "grid views" and "detailed views" of upcoming programming. Athena-TV is an end-to-end solution comprising robust, configurable head-end server components and a multi-platform client. It is an IPDC-over-DVB-H solution that complies with the DVB-CBMS and Nokia OAI specifications for mobile broadcast. Designed specifically for the resource-limited environment of a mobile device, Athena-TV supports a wide range of operating systems including the Microsoft Windows(TM) family; Symbian/S60; Linux, and multiple processing platforms including Intel's XScale and Pentium-M/Centrino.
DVB-H is expected to become the global standard for mobile television and has been formally adopted by both the DVB Organization and the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). Global telecom research firm, Informa Telecoms & Media, estimates that by 2010, nearly 51 million DVB-H handsets will be sold worldwide.
Penthera is a privately-held company providing a complete software solution for mobile broadcast including middleware and application-level software on the broadcast head-end and on handheld devices. Founded in 2005, Penthera's executive team previously founded and operated Eizel Technologies, Inc., a Carnegie Mellon University spin-out which built mobile web and email connectivity software. Eizel was acquired by Nokia in 2003. Penthera is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Crown Castle Mobile Media is a subsidiary of Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE:CCI). Crown Castle engineers, deploys, owns and operates technologically advanced shared wireless infrastructure, including extensive networks of towers. Crown Castle offers significant wireless communications coverage to 68 of the top 100 U.S. markets and to substantially all of the Australian population. Crown Castle owns, operates and manages over 10,600 and over 1,300 wireless communication sites in the U.S. and Australia, respectively.
Crown Castle Mobile Media intends to build and operate a dedicated DVB-H network for broadcasting digital television content to mobile devices including cell phones. The proposed network will utilize five megahertz (MHz) of unencumbered nationwide spectrum acquired by Crown Castle through Federal Communications Commission Auction 46 in 2003.

Dodge, P&G Ads for RipeTV Web Launch
27 Oct 2005
RipeTV, a multi-platform digital video network targeted to males 18-34, debuts tomorrow - and has already attracted some big-name advertisers, including Dodge and Procter & Gamble's Old Spice, as well as Boost Mobile and Midway Games - reports MediaWeek. The advertisers are apparently drawn to the network both because of its core demographic and for its advertising model: ads are inserted into programming dynamically, similarly to web ads, and are sold on a guaranteed impression basis.
RipeTV will be delivered over various media platforms, including broadband, Comcast's video-on-demand (VOD) service and mobile devices. Its programming consists primarily of 5-15-minute shorts, including music videos and extreme-sports clips.
A VOD version of the network was tested on select Comcast systems last summer, resulting in three million program views.
RIGHT on Aunty said perfectly NNNN for .com is not even a lock no need to go to .tv unless means something or is a word if you mean NNNN like JOKE.tv sure or IPTV but random NNNN not worth it
Site showcasing developed .tv names: good idea and something we need to do IMO
Linking: also good idea (if the subjects of the sites match somehow)
SEO/hosting: I have someone who says he is an expert in SEO, he is now making a site which will be totally SEO optimized (according to him). I am really no expert in this, but if you like I can ask him about it, but probably you already know this. For hosting I have good experience with coolcom.nl and hostmysite.com.
Design/graphics: a Kenian graphic designer is making something for me, I saw some samples and they look very good, maybe I can contribute here as he is not expensive, but let me first wait how my samples will look like.
Elequa, about country (and city) .tv names, the reason I regged a few is that you have (multiple) national TV channels. If they go online broadcasting on the internet, it might be interesting. I am also busy developing a country .tv name to a travel site where you also have the possiblity of watching TV (to make the extension fit), but one thing is a big disadvantage, they don't come cheap
