Sure. Just follow the principals as detailed above.

unfortunately, it will take me a few weeks to allow the option to remove the "for sale" banner - but i guess receiving offers via the site is no hardship.. After all, if the price is right

Once you have created you account, simply do not click the "for sale" option and when the feature is added, the for sale banner will be replaced automatically...
