I have a bunch of designs for sale, they are kinda old and I have no use for them now.

They are all uncoded (PSD only). You will get full, resell, and all rights. None of these have ever been sold before and will only be sold once.

I bought the exclusive rights to those image upload templates a long time ago. It may or not have been from you but if it's not from you then how can you say they were never sold before? I have the layered PSD's to prove that I have them.

I also noticed that the first design is a free design, and he's simply slapped a logo on it... Not sure if he was the one who was providing it free, but he certainly can't sell it now that so many people are using it.

wow im really sorry i honestly forgot i ever sold these, this was over a year ago.

i will remove all the image hosting ones, but i've only sold 1 so far so i dont think i owe u $85

and the first template is not a free template and i've never sold it or given it out for free and im 100% sure of that. i was making it for a client, but then never heard from him so i never got to finish it, but it is not a free one and i havent given it out to anyone.

yeah sorry i thought u meant the first template as in the first one on that list (the music one), but yes i realized that the first image hosting one i had for free on my site, but i did not sell that one yet and i now realized i had sold the other 3 to labrocca so i have removed those as well. none of those have been sold.
