Long Term Investment Plan ~ Concerts Its always been my dream to organise a concert so... Basically, a few weeks ago, i was sitting over a cup of coffee and musing about something interesting, yet profitable to do. It slowly dawned upon me, that as i had many contacts in and around the music industry, it would be an excellent idea to organise a concert, locally. However, firstly, i needed to gain some information about the venue; So basically, a core cost of £200. I have been in talks with several music firms / companies, including Xtaster, who may be interested in sponsership at a later date. Basically, i am looking for long term investors, to strike up a partnership with (up to 3 people), so that i can make this happen. These people would need to be ready to put in some capital, for a reasonably long term investment, thus, the return will NOT be immediate, however, the return is likely to get large, reasonably quickly. I ask only for trustworthy people, who are looking to invest in a venture that although is extremely likely to succeed (with backing from companies etc.), has the slightest chance of failure, however, I will go through each detail, along the way, step-by-step. Thanks, and hope there are some people out there willing :) Tom P.S. Feel free to ask any questions / voice any concerns |
Looks like ya got a gameplan which is always a good start, good luck  |
Thanks for the support. Yep, its all pretty much organised, and ready to be put into effect :) |
A good business plan is half the battle already won. :) Good luck! |
Precisely, if the plan is sorted, all you need to do is then execute it. Reduces the potential risk for mishaps (eg. unplanned expenses) |

Been in contact, agreed upon it all. good to be working with you. |
Got my main investor now :) Feel free to PM me though, as i may have openings in future, as it gets bigger :D |
It was only a matter of time before we saw a concert from you! |
Sabre, just a quick thought from a guy who ran shows for about 5 years "a while back" - you focus on the venue. You should be focussing on the act, and the advertising. People dont decide where to go based on the venue. they go based on what they want to see/hear. Can't get any good bands that people will pay for? Hold a battle of the bands. Everyone will come to see their friends. Just some quick thoughts. BP |
Billy; For one, I AM holding a Battle Of The Bands :) Secondly, I feel that thorough research is essential in EVERY area of the process... one small overlook, could mean everything falls flat on its face... |
ooh ooh can I get advertising lol? like you get a band to say it or something? |
