I can't get into photoshop right now so I am giving you a preview. The controller is 100% vector so it can be resized. I know the text sucks but I can't change it to what you like yet. But once I get photoshop up and running again I will change it to how you want it to be.

I used photoshop cs to create the 1 up logo, same with the rest of my entries.
Just make one block for each color and copy, pase each of the blocks and move them into place. Not hard just takes long.
