Anyone know of any good paid traffic sites? I mean the provides good quilty U.S traffic.

want 1000 visitors that will never see your website, just do a google search.

pfft no such thing, why bother with it? they wont visit your site, most of the time there on thoose 20 second things they dont even look at the site, save your money!

It'll be better in the long run to build up your site and advertise through the normal channels like search engines, forums, word of mouth, etc.

Those trader programs wouldn't be the best for you especially if you have a focused consumer group.

Worthless. I you want, Ill take your money and promise to send "real" people to your website.

Why would anyone want to sell traffic if they can monetize it for themselves? If you need traffic, use Google Adwords.
