I would suggest a simpler and nicer design.

Overall it looks nice I just think the actual search box should be right in the middle because at first I was like where is it till I discovered it up and to the right. Try making it more visible in the center.

Nice good design.. But If I were you I make emphasize with the Search Textbox. (make it on center etc..).

I can only repeat what others have said, move the search box to the center and make the design a tad more simpler, but other than that it looks good.:)
