I am just wondering about what IYHO is a good amount of clicks to recieve in a day on average that is.. and what about uniques?
I have a new site (2months old) im getting about 600-800 uniques a month, i know i should prolly be getting this amount in a day to be doing good. but what do you think? and again about clicks, out of these 600-800 uniques, how many clicks should i be getting? is there a better way i should advertise my google ads? www.ratemymug.com any suggestions as to how to get more traffic and more clicks would be awsome.. thnx.

Well to tell you the truth, its going to be hard to make much revenue with that site with Adsense, because people are constantly clicking, not reading the text, but only looking at the pictures. I would recommend moving the ad directly below the picture, before the rating buttons, so that the user has to at least see the ads before going to the next picture. Your not going to have a great click percentage, but it should be better if you integrate the ad with the same colors. As for a #, I think it is hard to tell, and any number I gave would just be a guess.

i also have another problem which is when you first come to my site www.ratemymug.com the google ads come up as public service ads then when you click next image or home or join etc. it jumps to www.ratemymug.com/index.php and the ads come up fine... anyone ever had this problem ? is there a simple way to fix it?
