| Just from experience, I would recommend ASmallOrange.com. They are a great company, with excellent support, and their small plan is 400 mb / 10 gb is $5 a month, or $60 a year. Unlike a lot of other hosting companies, they don't oversell, so you are truly getting that space and bandwith.
